Get Out Get Active Volunteers wanted!
Inspiring healthy lifestyles are looking to recruit a number of volunteers to support the delivery of Get Out Get Active (GOGA) within the Wigan Borough.
Inspiring healthy lifestyles Disability Sports programme are looking for volunteers.
GOGA will support disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy being active together. Developed to get some of the UK's least active people moving more, GOGA will concentrate on fun and inclusive activities delivered over three-years.
As a volunteer you will work as part of a team of delivery staff to provide a number of inclusive and accessible active recreation sessions. The programme is being delivered across 3 hub sites: Howe Bridge Leisure Centre, Hindley Leisure Centre and Wigan Youth Zone. Sessions take place weekly with additional opportunities offered with partner organisations and local groups.
